WORKING PHILOSOPHY Our developmentally disabled residents will be served from a non-authoritarian position where stewardship is united with respect and dignity for the resident. The resident will be empowered to make choices in the home environment that supports and respects dignity and resident rights.
MISSION Our mission is to meet the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of developmentally disabled adults by providing outstanding facilities, a nurturing environment, a highly trained dedicated staff and meaningful activities that allow our residents to fulfill their highest potential.
